Live Your Truth

Live well! It is better to swallow the bitter truth than to be a dope addict who lacks inner wealth. Nobody can fill the inner void by maximizing exciting experiences. Yet some try to do so. They are unaware their body can manufacture dope under certain conditions. In excess, the pleasurable feelings increase imbalances in the body and planet.

Unlike other species, humans continue to increase imbalances in the biosphere, geosphere, hydrosphere, and atmosphere. Some ignore the four spheres are interconnected. But reducing the imbalance in one sphere by putting them into another increases the risk of unwellness for us and future generations. In other words, it amplifies the threat of social and environmental crises.

The increase in wildfires, earthquakes, chronic and mental illness, et cetera, are the tip of the iceberg. Simply put, the prologue social conditioning that benefits the few at the top of the social pyramid limits the human potential to make a positive difference on Earth. The corrupted minds that rely on others' control narratives devolve.

Live well! The minds of individuals who embrace inner growth and development evolve. It does not hold on to what is easy when the stakes are high. In essence, self-examination, and inner wealth are vital to live life to the fullest.

Live well! Let us use our relevant core strengths and competencies to address and prevent systemic and environmental problems. Be wise and take steps to understand your inner self and outer world for what they are. Unpack your emotional baggage. Follow your unique path to become the best version of your authentic self. Remember, when our inner worlds are well, we can make the external world a better place than we found it.

You Matter

It is easy to point fingers at others and say they are biased. But, as humans, we have brains and minds. Are you aware that all human beings have cognitive and emotional biases? Biases are barriers to critical and creative thinking that maximize human potential to make a positive difference.

The reality of the universe and humans is rather complex. Let us aim to reduce our blind spots. Live well! Take care of your body, mind, and spirit. Self-care is key to our well-being and success. The spirits and minds are non-physical parts of us with hidden truths. Unlike the body, they are not easy to study. Most scientists and experts do not understand the spirits and minds of humans well.

You see, the mind is more like brain software. Each of us has a unique program. Our perceptions of reality are not the same. Whatever is in our minds influence how we feel and interpret information (correctly or incorrectly). What we know and do not know, beliefs, social norms, information received from sensory organs (eyes, ears, etc.), and environmental factors can influence our decision-making, behaviors, and health.

Although the beneficiaries who can not self-control have convinced many to give them the power of authority, they do not have full permissions. Live well! Find a courage to face the reality and improve your mind. Remember, you are here for a reason. There is no value in worrying about things you do not have control over. Focus on things within your control. Use your energy to make a positive impact. It is a reason for being and a key to lasting joy.

Reduce Biases
Live well! Aim to take steps to identify your biases. Find ways to reduce them. Blind spots can impair our reasoning in a way that makes us think we know something when we know very little. Indeed, blind spots have caused many to make costly poor decisions. Oversimplification, incorrect truth assumptions, insufficient information, insecurities, envy, superiority, inferiority, greed, and fear are some of the things that can cause us to make poor judgments. Let us aim to take steps to:
  • Increase our self-awareness
  • Self-control
  • Examine our beliefs, and improve our mind
  • Analyze and evaluate evidence and diverse inputs of experts and other stakeholders
The steps will not make us perfect, but they will help us to reduce our blind spots. It makes sense to continue to learn, self-control, self-improve, and gain more wisdom. Indeed, the world is a better place with more wise people. Live well! Aim to add more value to the world. Our lives on earth are more meaningful when we make meaningful contribution. Be the best version of yourself, and I will be the best version of myself. And together, we will do more good than harm.

Life Simple Rules
Live well! Life is simple, not easy. We can imagine a linear path to success. But life has its ups and downs. If your heart beats, you are alive. The waves, economy, demand, yields, and other things on earth go up and down. Indeed, those who figure out how to learn and grow from ups and downs experiences can make the best of what life has to offer. It is more like a great surfer who learns and masters how to move forward with ocean waves of different sizes and strengths. The great rewards go to those who dare to zig-zag on their path to success. Faith to believe with persistence and perseverance, they will eventually accomplish the mission. And overcoming life challenges will make one stronger. The determination to continue to learn, adapt, and improve is necessary to succeed. In the end, it is how well you live your life that will make the painting of your life come alive. Live well! Make the best of your life.

Positive Impact
Live well! Take time to know and improve yourself. Embrace your imperfection because your DNA, strengths, and flaws are what make you unique. Though practices will not make you perfect, they will elevate your skills and make your flaws insignificant. I will be the best of me and be the best of you. Neither of us is a copy of each other. We have unique DNA and core strengths and competencies. If we take advantage of our relevant skills, we can make a positive impact. And no matter how small we start, persistence and perseverance will help us to create more value. Live well! Let us make a positive difference to the world during our lifetime.

EmpowerOthers

Live well! Take time to know yourself and others first. Use your power to uncover the truth, self-manage, and make a positive difference. Be that leader who influences many to propel society and your organization forward. The world is indeed a better place with leaders who support many to reach their full potential.

Make your torch the source of light that brightens our world. Live well! Use your constructive energy to light others' torches. And they will, in turn, light up others' torches. Indeed, adding more value to the world with your power will make your life more meaningful.
